Once again, there was lots of great Texas Country Music around the state
this weekend. Friday we saw Ryan Beaver and Kyle Park play another sold
out show at The Texas Hall Of Fame, in Bryan. This was Kyle's fifth sold
out show in a row at the Hall.  Saturday, there were a lot of big shows
like The Fowler Fest at Nutty Brown, Cody Johnson and Roger Creager sold
out Gruene Hall, Jonathan Tyler & The Northern Lights at River Road Ice House to name a few. We saw The Scooter Brown Band play an awesome 3 hour set at Outlaw Country, in Palestine, it was another amazing show. Sunday a benefit was held for Johnny Ward at
Dickie Doos in Caldwell.  Johnny is fighting a tough battle with cancer so please keep him in your prayers.  Several Texas country music artists donated their time to put on some great acoustic performances for this benefit.
